October 1, 2013
On October 1, 2013, the Delaware Department Of Health And Social Services (DHSS) issued proposed regulations to govern a pilot medical marijuana program slated to launch in 2014; eligible conditions include cancer, multiple sclerosis, HIV and AIDS, Hepatitis C, Lou Gehrigs disease, agitation caused by Alzheimers disease, and physical manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder.
