Letter From Georgia Foster Care RFP Work Group CARE-M Regarding Medicaid Managed Care for Children in Foster Care

The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) is planning to move children in foster care into a Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) within the Georgia Families program. The letter from the Foster Care Workgroup within the Coalition to Assure Redesign Effectiveness for Medicaid (CARE-M), an advocacy group that includes Georgia child welfare advocacy organizations, submitted comments to DCH on the states plans.
