Head Start Children & Families Experiencing Homelessness: Trends, Characteristics & Program Services
The report was issued in September 2017 by the Office for the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) within the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The topics include statistics on homelessness among families and children participating in Head Start, and trends from 2006 to 2016.
