Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth and Family Services v. Wolf and Pennsylvania Department of Human Services

The Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth and Family Services (PCCYFS) sued the state to force the Department of Human Services to release funds for child welfare and juvenile justice services.
