Georgia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities Presentation On Proposed Amended FY15 & FY16 Budgets Submitted For Approval to the DBHDD Board of Directors
In this budget report released in August 2014, the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) outlined its budget request for the coming fiscal year and its progress meeting a September 2010 settlement agreement with the federal Department of Justice (DOJ). The settlement agreement requires DBHDD to reduce the use of institutional care by improving the state’s array of home- and community-based services for individuals with mental illness and for individuals with developmental disabilities . . .
