Fact Sheet: Integrated Care For Kids (InCK) Model
The fact sheet was released on August 23, 2018, by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. It outlines a new child-centered integrated care model to address children’s physical and behavioral health needs, including addiction disorder. The model is called the Integrated Care for Kids (InCK) Model.
