Medicaid & Permanent Supportive Housing For Chronically Homeless Individuals: Emerging Practices From The Field

In this report issued in August 2014, authors Martha Burt, Carol Wilkins, and Gretchen Locke of Abt Associates, presented an analysis of Medicaid permanent supportive housing (PSH) programs in six communities. The authors analyzed factors of chronic homelessness, PSH, and Medicaid’s potential to fund health-related services for people experiencing homelessness or living in PSH.
