Part I of this report, provided by The Office for the Advancement of Telehealth, includes a roster of state laws impacting telemedicine reimbursement and 2003 state legislative activity related to state reimbursement for telemedicine. Part II of the report includes the results of a comprehensive survey of state Medicaid agencies to determine their telemedicine reimbursement policies, followed by recommendations to enhance telemedicine reimbursement through Medicaid.
