May 31, 2013 Connecticut Senate Bill (SB) 972 directs the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) in developing a comprehensive implementation plan for meeting the mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs of all children in the state, and preventing or reducing the long-term negative impact of mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues. The DCF commissioner must submit the implementation plan by October 14, 2014 to the governor and general assembly. Download the Report
