Pennsylvania Auditor: State Of The Child Action Plan

The recommendations were released on May 16, 2018, by the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General. The recommendations are in follow-up to an earlier report issued in September 2017, which concluded that the state’s child welfare system lacked adequate resources to address a rise in potential maltreatment reports after the state changed the Child Protective Services Law in 2015.
