Montana Senate Bill 405 of 2015, The Montana Health and Economic Livelihood Partnership (HELP) Act

On April 29, 2015, Montana Governor Steve Bullock signed legislation to implement Medicaid expansion via the Montana Health and Economic Livelihood Partnership (HELP) Act. The HELP Act legislation, Senate Bill (SB) 405, makes changes the state’s current Medicaid plan that must be approved by the federal government before the provisions can be implemented.
