Preliminary Injunction Against Oregon Developmental Disability Services, RE: In-Home Attendant Care

On April 10, 2017, the U.S. District Court of Oregon released this preliminary injunction against Oregon Developmental Disability Services in the case of C.S., K.C., T.B. et al., v. Oregon Department Of Human Services. The complaint alleges that people with developmental disabilities who receive benefits through Oregon's Office of Developmental Disabilities have had their in-home care services unjustly cut without proper notices, without proper authority, and in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act.
