Homewood v. McCarthy Settlement Agreement Regarding Ohio Medicaid Eligibility Redeterminations

On April 2, 2015, a federal district court judge ruled that Ohio’s Medicaid redetermination processes were flawed, and issued a temporary restraining order directing the state to restore benefits to the named plaintiffs in Homewood v. McCarthy.
