UPMC v. Pennsylvania Attorney General, Over Petition to Modify The Consent Decrees

This lawsuit was filed in federal court by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) on February 21, 2019. UPMC filed this lawsuit in response to a motion to filed by the Pennsylvania Attorney General to force UPMC to modify its Consent Decree.
