Minnesota DHS 2018-2019 Budget Proposal For Assisted Living Consumer Survey & Report Card

On January 15, 2017, the Minnesota Department of Human Services released this 2018-2019 budget proposal for an assisted living consumer survey and report card. The purpose of the report card is to increase consumer access to information on the quality of assisted living services. The scope of this work is limited to registered housing with services establishments with an Assisted Living (AL) designation. The report card will include measures from existing data sources, as well as new measures from new data gathered through consumer surveys.
