The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) released the report in January 2017. It presents the findings of the DHS Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division evaluation of the impact of Institutions of Mental Disease (IMD) changes in 2016 on treatment admissions in Minnesota.
