New Mexico Attorney General Investigation Report Into Fraud Allegations Against The Counseling Center

On January 16, 2014, New Mexico’s attorney general announced that it found insufficient evidence to support allegations of Medicaid fraud and overbilling of more than $600,000 between 2009 and 2012 by The Counseling Center. The attorney general's investigation did identify overbilling of $19,000, but found no evidence to support fraudulent billing.
