Webster Capital Acquires Autism Organization, Behavior Development Group
On May 16, 2018, Webster Capital announced that it acquired Behavior Development Group (BDG), an autism treatment provider organization that serves children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The goal is to help BDG expand access to intensive services to younger children with ASD. The transaction closed in May 2018; terms of the purchase have not been disclosed.
BDG currently operates in three states: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Its service line includes applied behavior analysis, speech-language therapy, and occupational therapy for children diagnosed with ASD.
