The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is closing one of the three intermediate care facilities at Rainier School in Buckley, a residential habilitation center (RHC) for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). The closure affects Program Area Team (PAT) A, which currently has 54 residents. After all residents are transferred, the program will close.
