Voters In Idaho, Nebraska & Utah Passed Ballot Measures To Expand Medicaid
Three states—Idaho, Nebraska, and Utah—passed ballot measures during the 2018 mid-term elections to expand Medicaid to individuals under age 65 with income up to 138% of the federal poverty level. Utah plan to implement the expansion on April 1, 2019 and Idaho plans to implement the expansion on January 1, 2020. Nebraska has not a set a date to implement the expansion.
