In the upcoming New Hampshire Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) contracts, the state will require the MCOs to support community mental health centers (CMHCs) and addiction treatment provider organizations. To support CMHCs, the new contracts call for the MCOs to enter capitated payment arrangements with community mental health programs and provider organizations.
