UnitedHealth Group Invests $15 Million For Michigan Mixed Income Housing Development

UnitedHealth Group, Inc. is investing $14.6 million in a Michigan mixed-income 60-unit housing redevelopment project in Oak Park that will include 21 supportive housing units. The project, called Jefferson Oaks, is led by the non-profit Community Housing Network (CHN). The total project cost is estimated at $17.6 million. The first units are slated to be available in late fall 2017, with completion projected for the spring of 2018.
