Under Kentucky Medicaid Work Requirements, About 15% Of Non-Exempt Beneficiaries Would Fail To Meet Criteria
As of July 2018, about 14.7% of Kentucky Medicaid beneficiaries required to meet community engagement requirements established by the state’s stalled Helping to Engage and Achieve Long-Term Health (HEALTH) waiver would have needed to add more qualified activities to retain their Medicaid eligibility.
