Texas Medicaid Rebidding STAR Health Program For Foster Youth
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is in the process of rebidding the Texas Medicaid STAR Health Program for foster youth. HHSC seeks to enhance services for the STAR Health Program. The STAR Health Program covers services to meet the physical and mental health care needs for the foster care population statewide, representing more than 100,000 children in foster care across all 254 Texas counties.
