MDLIVE Acquires Breakthrough Behavioral In Telehealth Merger
On November 11, 2014, MDLIVE, a national telehealth provider organization, announced it had acquired Breakthrough Behavioral, a telemental health provider organization. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Breakthrough Behavioral will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of MDLIVE, and Breakthrough’s management team will remain with the organization. With the acquisition of Breakthrough Behavioral, MDLIVE plans to expand its service lines and geographic service area.
