Supreme Court Of The United States To Hear Catholic Social Services Of Philadelphia Challenge To City’s Rules Against Religious Discrimination
On November 4, 2020, the Supreme Court of the United States will hear Fulton v. City of Philadelphia, filed by Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to challenge the city’s non-discrimination requirement that foster care and adoption provider organizations that contract with the city must not discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation.
