Self-Help Preventive Cognitive Therapy In Primary Care Reduces Risk Of Depression Recurrence
People in remission or recovery from major depressive disorder (MDD) who received supported self-help preventive cognitive therapy (S-PCT) in primary care had lesser incidence of relapse or recurrence of depression over 12 months than people who received only primary care treatment as usual.
