On June 28, 2019, the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Behavioral Health Services (BHS) awarded a contract to the San Diego Center for Children to provide comprehensive intensive case management wraparound services. The services are for youth involved with child welfare services and/or probation departments. The contract is valued at $31 million.
