Starr Commonwealth & Sequel Youth & Family Create Partnership For Management Of Residential Treatment
Starr Commonwealth and Sequel Youth and Family Services recently entered a partnership in which Sequel will manage Starr’s public residential treatment programs. Starr and Sequel anticipate that Sequel will begin managing the programs at Starr’s Albion campus by December 1, 2014. Starr Commonwealth will retain ownership of the land and all assets on its Albion campus. Starr will also retain all of the relevant licenses for the residential program.
Starr provides residential programs at its Albion campus and at its privately funded therapeutic boarding school, Montcalm, which opened in 2000. The Albion campus serves approximately 150 students, with . . .
