Public-Private Alliance In Sebastian County, Arkansas, To Reduce Foster Care Entry Due To Parental Incarceration

Non-profit Restore Hope Arkansas Inc. is forming the public-private Restore Hope Alliance in Sebastian County, Arkansas, to reduce entry into foster care and lower the parental recidivism rate. Through the public-private alliance, Restore Hope Arkansas will provide support in the form of staffing, technology, research, and organization to facilitate relationships between existing provider organizations in Sebastian County, and the county’s public and social service sectors.
