On August 29, 2016, Providence Service Corporation sold a 60% share of Matrix Medical Network, a home care provider organization, to investment firm Frazier Healthcare Partners. Matrix provides in-home assessments and comprehensive care management services for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage health plans. The new partnership is expected to position Matrix to accelerate growth in its chronic care management and assessment offerings.
