Pennsylvania Issues RFA For Housing & Support Services For Individuals With Opioid Use Disorder

On October 17, 2018, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) issued a request for applications (RFA 15-18) to provide housing and support services for people with opioid use disorder (OUD). The state intends to award $15 million to a minimum of eight pilot projects in eligible urban and rural communities throughout the commonwealth. The provider organizations operating the proposed pilot programs must provide services to help individuals with OUD become and remain engaged in evidence-based treatment interventions. The services include: prevention, treatment and recovery activities, case management, and supportive services, such as housing assistance and housing education . . .
