Pennsylvania Medicaid Releases RFP For An Independent Enrollment Broker For All LTSS Programs

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking proposals to provide independent enrollment broker (IEB) services for people eligible for Medicaid health-related services and long-term services and supports (LTSS). The LTSS programs covered by this RFP include existing waivers administered by DHS’ Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) and the upcoming Community Health Choices Medicaid managed LTSS program slated to live on January 1, 2018 in a phased regional roll-out. The IEB will provide choice counseling and enrollment assistance services to Medicaid beneficiaries. Maximus is the incumbent IEB for the state’s existing LTSS programs. The . . .
