Pennsylvania RFP Outlines Plan To Move Medicaid Long-Term Services To Managed Care Starting 2017
On March 1, 2016, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP No. 12-15) for the state’s new Medicaid managed long-term services and supports (LTSS) program called Community HealthChoices (CHC). The mandatory full-risk program will enroll more than 420,000 adults age 21 or older with disabilities who are eligible for Medicaid only or for both Medicaid and Medicare.
