Orange County, California Releases An RFP For Services For Offenders At Reentry

On May 5, 2016, the Orange County Health Care Agency (HCA) in California released a request for proposals (RFP 042CSFY1617501LM) seeking organizations to provide residential substance use disorder treatment services for up to 90 days for offenders under the supervision of the Orange County Probation Department. The services are focused on residential addiction treatment and other crime reduction services for criminal offenders age 18 and older, who have recently been released from the Orange County jails or other correctional facilities. The county is funding the services through the Community Recidivism Reduction Grant.
