Only 29% Of Older Adults On Five+ Medications Have A Comprehensive Medication Review
Among adults ages 50 to 80 who take five or more prescription drugs, only 29% have had a comprehensive medication review (CMR) while 71% have not, according to a University of Michigan nationwide poll. Among those taking two or more prescription medications, about 24% had ever had a CMR. Of those who reported having a CMR, 75% said one took place in the past year.
