Online CBT Effective For Insomnia & Psychosis
Online cognitive behavioral therapy (eCBT) is effective for reducing insomnia and psychosis (paranoia and/or hallucinations). Compared to usual treatment, study participants reported both reduced insomnia and reduced paranoia when being treated with eCBT. "Usual treatment" is defined as the current care being received by the participants, which was both likely to be minimal, with medication prescribed for a small percentage of those receiving "usual treatment."
