The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) plans to release a request for proposals (RFP) in the fall of 2020 for the state’s Medicaid program, SoonerCare, seeking proposals from qualified managed care organizations (MCOs) to manage physical health, behavioral health, vision, and non-emergency medical transportation.
