New York Managed Care Plan For Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Goes Live
The New York Fully-Integrated Duals Advantage Plan-Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (FIDA-IDD), operated by Partners Health Plan, went live on April 1, 2016 in the five counties of New York City (including those on Long Island), and in Rockland and Westchester counties. The FIDA-IDD plan is for adults age 21 and older who are fully eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid coverage, and who receive community-based long-term care and developmental disability services. The New York Office for Persons With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) opened enrollment for the plan on March 2.
