New York City Housing Authority Launches ‘Fix It Forward’ To Improve Timeliness Of Public Housing Repairs
On July 12, 2015, the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) launched the “Fix It Forward” initiative to overhaul how it handles public housing repair requests and ongoing building maintenance to ensure resident health and safety.
