On September 7, 2018, the Alliance for Recovery-Centered Addiction Health Services (Alliance) announced the Addiction Recovery Medical Home (ARMH) model. The model is a long-term continuum of care that covers stabilization, active treatment, and community-based recovery management. The model is financed using an alternative payment model (APM) intended to deliver a long-term, comprehensive, and integrated pathway to treatment and recovery.
