Nevada Launches COVID-19 Aging Network Rapid Response To Respond To Older Adult Social Isolation
During its first two months of operation from March 31 to May 25, 2020, the Nevada COVID-19 Aging Network Rapid Response (Nevada CAN) received 757 requests for food delivery, social support, and telehealth from older adults. The services of Nevada CAN are intended to help older adults to stay home and stay safe, while remaining connected to needed resources during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency.
