Researchers with the University of California San Francisco's Memory and Aging Center and the University of Nebraska Medical Center are testing a caregiver support model called Navigated Care that relies on a customer relations management (CRM) platform to provide personalized, continuous, and proactive support to caregivers of people diagnosed with dementia.
