Nebraska Disability Advocates File Complaint Over Barriers To COVID-19 Testing
On June 17, 2020, Disability Rights Nebraska and a group of organizations filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights over access to testing for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The complaint alleges that TestNebraska, the entity providing drive-thru COVID-19 testing, discriminates against people with disabilities.
