Montgomery County, Ohio Judge Anthony Capizzi is the first to use IBM's Watson Supercomputer on Juvenile cases. The technology is being used to make faster, data-driven decisions in specialty court cases. In the fall of 2016, Judge Capizzi and his Montgomery County colleagues worked with IBM to develop a digital case file for lookup purposes.
