Molina Healthcare Creates ‘Pathways’ Subsidiary Following Acquisition Of Providence Human Services

On November 2, 2015, Molina Healthcare, Inc. announced it had completed its previously announced acquisition of Providence Human Services, LLC (PHS) and Providence Community Services, LLC (PCS), and that the two organizations would operate as Pathways, a newly created wholly owned subsidiary. Pathways will provide outcome-based behavioral and mental health services to expand Molina’s ability to integrate its Medicare and Medicaid health plan members’ physical and behavioral health benefits, and to provide effective care management for members with complex health and social service needs.

Pathways will be based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with satellite offices across the United States . . .
