Michigan Rebidding Child Welfare Wraparound Coordination Services

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is rebidding its wraparound coordination contracts in two regions. The service is intended to prevent out-of-home placement, facilitate reunification, or de-escalate family crisis. On April 13, 2017, DHHS released a request for proposals (RFP WRAP-18-41001) to rebid the Kent County contract, and on April 24, released RFP WRAP18-68001 for Oscoda County.
