On March 9, 2018, Magellan Health, Inc. launched ComfortAble, a new interactive digital tool (mobile application) for chronic pain management. The tool provides digital cognitive behavioral therapy (dCBT) interventions focused on helping people with chronic pain reduce their pain levels or work toward improvements in functioning. ComfortAble uses CBT techniques to help users identify and change unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns and learn new problem-solving techniques.
