On February 14, 2019, Kansas Governor Laura Kelly announced that the Department for Children and Families (DCF) will rebid its family preservation grants and revise the foster care grants that were awarded in November 2018. When Governor Kelly took office, she authorized a review of the foster care and family preservation grants.
