Illinois Rebidding Its ASO For State-Funded Mental Health Services

On March 9, 2017, the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP 22040160) to rebid its contract for an administrative services organization (ASO) for state-funded mental health services through the statewide community mental health system. The contract is for the DHS Division of Mental Health (DMH), which funds and oversees Medicaid-funded and non-Medicaid community mental health services for the State of Illinois for defined priority populations.
